EXERCISE 5 STANDING INCLINE SMITH MACHINE PUSHUPS (PUSH UPS STANDING UP AT A SLIGHT ANGLE)

EXERCISE 7 STANDING INCLINE CABLE FLY (LOW PULLEY) SUPER SET WITH EXERCISE 8
EXERCISE 8 SEATED CABLE CHEST SQUEEZE + LIFT (SIT WITH BACK AGAINST CABLE MACHINE WITH A CABLE HANDLE IN EACH HAND, PUSH FINGERTIPS TOGETHER FLEXING CHEST AND PROCEED TO RAISE FROM HIPS TO ABOVE HEAD THEN BACK DOWN)
