Exercises x 8 EXERCISE 1 Mid-Incline DB Press with drop set then super set with exercise 2
EXERCISE 2 Mid-Incline DB Flys
EXERCISE 3 Incline Bench Press (paused reps at chest) with drop set
EXERCISE 4 Flat Barbell Bench super set with exercise 5
EXERCISE 5 Single Arm Kettle Bell Chest Press drop set to double arm ( on double arm grasp hands around bottom of kettle bell and proceed to press upwards.)
EXERCISE 6 Cable Chest Press super set with exercise 7
EXERCISE 7 Push Ups super set with exercise 8
EXERCISE 8 Single Arm Cable Chest Flys
