Incline Bench Press (paused reps at chest) with drop set
Flat Barbell Bench super set with exercise 5
Single Arm Kettle Bell Chest Press drop set to double arm ( on double arm grasp hands around bottom of kettle bell and proceed to press upwards.)
Cable Chest Press super set with exercise 7
Push Ups super set with exercise 8
Single Arm Cable Chest Flys
