Laying Cable Chest Press (on flat bench) super set with exercise 2
Laying Cable Fly (on flat bench)
Bench Press with drop set then super set with exercise 4
Decline Pushups (feet on bench)
Incline Banded Bench Press with drop set (banded are attached to the bar and underneath you so there's added resistance at the top.) super set with exercise 6
Incline DB Fly
Peck Deck with drop set then super set with exercise 8
Band Chest Flys (sit on peck deck, and put a band around the bar behind you back. Grab one side of the band in each hand and proceed to do a chest fly.)
