Exercises x 8 EXERCISE 1 Laying Cable Chest Press (on flat bench) super set with exercise 2
EXERCISE 2 Laying Cable Fly (on flat bench)
EXERCISE 3 Bench Press with drop set then super set with exercise 4
EXERCISE 4 Decline Pushups (feet on bench)
EXERCISE 5 Incline Banded Bench Press with drop set (banded are attached to the bar and underneath you so there's added resistance at the top.) super set with exercise 6
EXERCISE 6 Incline DB Fly
EXERCISE 7 Peck Deck with drop set then super set with exercise 8
EXERCISE 8 Band Chest Flys (sit on peck deck, and put a band around the bar behind you back. Grab one side of the band in each hand and proceed to do a chest fly.)
