Pull Ups (place straight bar attachment that has handles on each side above your head and do pull ups on that bar)
Lat Pull Down (wide grip) with drop set x7
Lat Pull Down Machine (both arms, then single arm)
Banded Bent Over Barbell Rows (tie bands to bar and proceed to row towards your waist) super set with exercise 5
Straight Bar Pullovers super set with exercise 6
Barbell Bent Over Rows (use 25% less weight from exercise 4)
Single DB Dead lift super set with exercise 8
