MUSCLE GROUP: Back UTD No.42 - Back
EXERCISE 1 Pull Ups (place straight bar attachment that has handles on each side above your head and do pull ups on that bar)
EXERCISE 2 Lat Pull Down (wide grip) with drop set x7
EXERCISE 3 Lat Pull Down Machine (both arms, then single arm)
EXERCISE 4 Banded Bent Over Barbell Rows (tie bands to bar and proceed to row towards your waist) super set with exercise 5
EXERCISE 5 Straight Bar Pullovers super set with exercise 6
EXERCISE 6 Barbell Bent Over Rows (use 25% less weight from exercise 4)
EXERCISE 7 Single DB Dead lift super set with exercise 8
EXERCISE 8 Hyper Extensions
