Straight Bar Cable Push downs
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip with drop set x3
Assisted Pull Up Machine with drop set x3 super set with exercise 5
Banded Lat Pull down (connect band overhead, cross the band, and pull under chest)
Seated Rope Cable Rows with drop set (sit on floor in line with cable machine, use rope attachment and pull under chest)
Dead lifts super set with exercise 8
