Kneeling Upper Chest Press (Use seated Calf Machine, kneel facing machine, clasp hands around handle and press upwards. If you don't have machine use a plate)
Pec Deck Fly Machine
Standing Single Arm Rope Chest Fly (Use rope attachment, adjust pulley so its right under shoulder height, pull arm across your body and squeeze your chest.)
