MUSCLE GROUP: Chest

UTD No. 26- Chest

EXERCISE 1

Cable Chest Press
  • SETS x 3
  • REPS x 20,15,10
  • REST x 30 sec

EXERCISE 2
Incline DB Chest Press Super Set with exercise 3
  • SETS x 5
  • REPS x 12,10,8,6,6
  • REST x none

EXERCISE 3
Kneeling Upper Chest Press (Use seated Calf Machine, kneel facing machine, clasp hands around handle and press upwards.  If you don't have machine use a plate)
  • SETS x 3
  • REPS x 20
  • REST x 90 sec

EXERCISE 4
Pec Deck Fly Machine
  • SETS x 7
  • REPS x 12 (slow negatives on last 3 reps per set, with 2 sec pause on the squeeze)
  • REST x 15 sec

EXERCISE 5
Standing Single Arm Rope Chest Fly (Use rope attachment, adjust pulley so its right under shoulder height, pull arm across your body and squeeze your chest.)
  • SETS x 3
  • REPS x 20 each side
  • REST x none
