EXERCISE 2 Flat Bench Press with drop set super set with exercise 3
EXERCISE 3 Push ups
EXERCISE 4 Chest Fly Machine
EXERCISE 5 Single Arm Cable Chest Fly (Grab cable that's low to ground and pull diagonal across your chest like an upper cut)
