2) All personal training programs, workout programs, meal plans, grocery lists, and any other products purchased from Brock Cunico, www.bmcfitness.net, www.nattynation.net and bmcfitness shall not be held responsible for any customer associated with connection or use of any product purchased from the seller.
3) All customized workout programs require 5-7 (Monday-Friday) business days for a full write up required to your needs (Holidays excluded). Once your customized workout program is completed and made with the information you provided us, we will conveniently send it via email within 5-7 business days of the purchase date.
