UNDERSTANDING YOUR WORKOUT PROGRAM
Length of Programs: Our workout programs offer many lengths to fit your needs. We have our programs set from one month-four months long. All of our programs are customized for your goals and specifically made up for you and what you would like to see for results. Please be specific in the comment boxes to the left about your goals, medical history, and recent training experience so we can better suit our programs to your needs.
Phases: Our workout programs offered have many phases. A Phase in other words is a "new workout routine". They are used to keep your body guessing so you can continue to see results. Example: Our four month program has "four phases". Each phase the workouts are changed according to what has been done in previous workouts to maintain a constant shock to your body and muscle, to avoid any plateaus and for continued progress with new results to look forward to every month. All with a new and exciting workouts within each phase to keep you motivated and on track.
Workout Splits: A workout split is how you want your workouts split over a given amount of days in one week, and how many days you are willing to workout in one weeks time. We offer 2-5 day workout splits in our custom programs Example : A three day split, would be three different workouts suited to your goals, spread out over three days in one weeks time. For custom workouts this option can be altered to your needs to fit your lifestyle and schedule, to see the results you want, on your own terms.
