Glad to see you survived Covid-19. Season 7 of The Ultimate Training Day start August 2020. That means a whole program will start to keep the muscle growing and the shreds showing for the summer season! First upload for the new season will be on August 1st 2020 at 10am central. Starting August 1st we will be switching up the programing for the Ultimate Training Day!
FIVE NEW WORKOUTS will be uploaded the 1st-5th of each month. Every workout will target a different muscle group and will be broken down into a 5 day split. Use and repeat these workouts for 30 days trying to improve your progress each week.
EVERY 30 DAYS A NEW SEASON WILL START replacing all old workouts with NEW keeping things fresh and your results on the up and up! This gives you time to master each exercise and get the most out of every workout you do!
