Single DB Banded Row (attach band to something low, then attach other end of the center of DB, proceed to row the db towards hips.)
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip with drop set (drop set is even wider grip)
Standing Cable Row (heavy)
Hyper extensions (weighted with 45lb plate)
