Exercises x 8
Seated DB Lateral Raises
Standing Military Press with drop set then super set with exercise 3
Straight Bar Upright Rows super set with exercise 4
Upright Rows with 45 lbs plate
DB Shrugs drop set x 8 (Run the rack. Start with highest DB you can do and go down by 10 lbs each set) super set with exercise 6 **in between each drop set)
Standing DB Rear Delt Row
Rear Delt Machine with drop set (first set is both arms, drop set with alternating single arms) then super set with exercise 8
Rear Delt Band Pulls (hold band in front of you slightly higher than shoulders and pull your arms open bringing the band down towards your chest.)
