Exercises x 6 EXERCISE 1 Cable Chest Press (pulley at shoulder height, push outwards in front of you)
EXERCISE 2 Bench Press with drop sets then super set with exercise 3
EXERCISE 3 Low Incline Chest Flys
EXERCISE 4 Incline Bench Press with drop sets then super set with exercise 5
EXERCISE 5 Single Arm Cable Flys (set pulley low, and focus on squeezing upper chest)
EXERCISE 6 Chest Press Machine with drop sets x 3
