Exercises x 6 EXERCISE 1 Incline Bench Press
EXERCISE 2 DB Press (Heavy) with drop set super set with exercise 3
EXERCISE 3 DB Flys
EXERCISE 4 Smith Machine Bench Press super set with exercise 5
EXERCISE 5 Standing Band Chest Flys (grab the side of one band in each hand putting it behind your mid back, then proceed to do a fly motion.)
EXERCISE 6 Cable Slide Flys (position pulley under shoulder right, grab handles as if you were to press, but instead of pressing slide the handles across in front of you and touch them together as if they were on a fixed half circle path. Make the movement happen with the handles not your arms.)
