Exercises x 6 EXERCISE 1 Lat Pull Down Machine Wide Grip with drop set (drop set is single arm)
EXERCISE 2 Laying DB Pullover with drop set super set with exercise 3
EXERCISE 3 Single DB Banded Row (attach band to something low, then attach other end of the center of DB, proceed to row the db towards hips.)
EXERCISE 4 Lat Pull Down Wide Grip with drop set (drop set is even wider grip)
EXERCISE 5 Standing Cable Row (heavy)
EXERCISE 6 Hyper extensions (weighted with 45lb plate)
