Cable Curls (hammer grip with attachment in each hand) super set with exercise 2
Push Downs (hammer grip with attachment in each hand) super set with exercise 3
DB Forearm Twists
Close Grip Bench Press super set with exercise 4 then additional drop set and super set in the same order without rest.
Seated Alternating DB Curls (between drop set of exercise 3 and after super set of exercise 4)
Preacher Cable Curl on Incline Bench (face incline bench towards cables, grab s-bar attachment, place elbows on bench and curl towards face)
Incline Cable Skull Crushers on Incline Bench (face incline bench away from cables, grab s-bar attachment overhead, lay on bench and do skull crushers)
