EXERCISE 2 Bench Press with drop set then super set with exercise 3
EXERCISE 3 Pec Deck Flys
EXERCISE 4 DB Decline Chest Press super set with exercise 5
EXERCISE 5 Decline Push Ups
EXERCISE 6 DB Incline Press with drop set x 3 super set with exercise 7
EXERCISE 7 Incline Band Chest Flys (lay on incline bench, wrap band around bench and grab a end with each hand and proceed to do chest flys)
