MUSCLE GROUP: Shoulders UTD No.53 - Shoulders
Exercises x 8 EXERCISE 1 Seated DB Lateral Raises
EXERCISE 2 Standing Military Press with drop set then super set with exercise 3
Straight Bar Upright Rows super set with exercise 4
EXERCISE 4 Upright Rows with 45 lbs plate
EXERCISE 5 DB Shrugs drop set x 8 (Run the rack. Start with highest DB you can do and go down by 10 lbs each set) super set with exercise 6 **in between each drop set)
EXERCISE 6 Standing DB Rear Delt Row
EXERCISE 7 Rear Delt Machine with drop set (first set is both arms, drop set with alternating single arms) then super set with exercise 8
EXERCISE 8 Rear Delt Band Pulls (hold band in front of you slightly higher than shoulders and pull your arms open bringing the band down towards your chest.)
