MUSCLE GROUP:  Quads, Hamstrings, Calves

UTD No.44 - Legs

EXERCISE 1
Leg Extentions
  • SETS x 10
  • REPS x 16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2,1,30  (go down 1pin on the weight stack each set.  Weight will increase and reps will decrease)
  • REST x 30 sec

EXERCISE 2
Laying Ham String Curl (curl up with both legs, control the negative with one)
  • SETS x 3
  • REPS x 20,15,10,20
  • REST x 90 sec

EXERCISE 3
Box Squats super set with exercise 4
  • SETS x 4
  • REPS x 10,8,6,4 (increase weight each set)
  • REST x none

EXERCISE 4
Close Footed Leg Press
  • SETS x 4
  • REPS x 20,16,12,8 (increase weight each set)
  • REST x 120 sec

EXERCISE 5
Stiff Leg DB Deadlift with dropset super set with exercise 6
  • SETS x 3
  • REPS x 12/12. 10/10. 8/8
  • REST x none

EXERCISE 6
Walking Lunges (double pulse for half the reps, the single lunge for remainder)
  • SETS x 3
  • REPS x 50 steps total
  • REST x 120 sec

EXERCISE 7
Seated Calf Raises (Machine)
  • SETS x 7
  • REPS x 12
  • REST x 15 sec

EXERCISE 8
Hack Squat Machine Calf Raises
  • SETS x 3
  • REPS x 30 (2 sec hold every 2 reps)
  • REST x 90 sec
