EXERCISE 1 Leg Extentions
EXERCISE 2 Laying Ham String Curl (curl up with both legs, control the negative with one)
EXERCISE 3 Box Squats super set with exercise 4
EXERCISE 4 Close Footed Leg Press
EXERCISE 5 Stiff Leg DB Deadlift with dropset super set with exercise 6
EXERCISE 6 Walking Lunges (double pulse for half the reps, the single lunge for remainder)
EXERCISE 7 Seated Calf Raises (Machine)
EXERCISE 8 Hack Squat Machine Calf Raises
