Welcome to The Washboard.  Interact and try my actual abdominal workouts in real time, broadcasted LIVE every other week.  To access the workouts you have to become a member of our secret Facebook group.

Once a member you can check out upcoming events and participate LIVE in real time where you and other Natty Nation members can view and interact during The Washboard episodes. 

If you miss the show, all broadcasts will be stored in the secret Facebook group for you to view anytime.
