One on one personal training at our 24 hour health club, or in the comfort of our own home.  Accompanied by Master Health Practitioner, Nutritionist,  and Professional Fitness Model Brock Cunico.   He will guide and motivate you, from the first steps, to the final steps of your  success. 

All programs and routines are customized and tailored to your needs.  This program includes :

  • Customized Weight Training Workout Programs
  • Customized Cardiovascular Programs
  • Diet/Nutrition Tips and Guidance
  • Customized Grocery List
  • Customized Supplementation List

This customized program has many unique features to help you accomplish all of your health and fitness goals, a description of these features are below

You will receive a customized weight training program
with many workouts that focus on form, technique, rep range, overcoming plateaus, rest periods, sets, and what exercises are right for you and your goals.  This will all be taught and demonstrated to make sure you are doing everything right, so there is no guess work involved.

Along with your customized weight training program you will also receive a customized cardiovascular routine fit for your needs and standards.  This plays a key role to help keep your metabolism running high, as well keeping your heart healthy.  Also used to help keep your body in fat burn mode, to achieve and maintain a lean, toned, healthy body!

Along with that, you will receive one on one support on what the right food choices are for you, and how your body works with calories, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.   With that you will also receive a customized grocery list, made up from what food that will specifically help you and your goals come to life, and to aid in your final results!

Included with the grocery list  you will also get a supplementation list tailored to your goals.  It will help you learn supplementation of the basic essentials to better maintain, and achieve the best results possible with the time you put in the gym, and outside of the gym.  In this list we also include what the right supplementation is suggested for your health and fitness goals you provide,  so you know your body is functioning off the right fuel, giving you more energy, more strength, and the best results.

Want to workout with a friend?  No problem, bring your friend along because group training is available as well.  Split the costs with a friend and have a partner to be able to compete with, compare each others goals, cheer each other on, and have fun doing it!  Everything explained above is applied to our group training, as well as our in home training as well ( Rates may vary depending on what program is suited for needs.)

(In home training rates may vary from club rates for the use of equipment, driving costs, and the convenience of training in your own home.  Will travel up to 30 miles in and around the Fox Valley unless otherwise arranged.)

Length of Programs:  Our personal training programs offer many lengths to fit your needs.   The determined length of all of our programs are customized and set for your goals and specifically made up for you and what you would like to see for results.  Please be specific in the comment boxes to the left about your goals, medical history, and recent training experience so we can better suit our programs to your needs.


Phases:  Our personal training programs offered have many phases.  A Phase in other words is a "new workout routine".  They are used to keep your body guessing so you can continue to see results.  Example:  Our four month program has "four phases".  Each phase the workouts are changed according to what has been done in previous workouts to maintain a constant shock to your body and muscle, to avoid any plateaus and for continued progress with new results to look forward to every month.  All with a new and exciting workouts within each phase to keep you motivated and on track.


Workout Splits:  Our personal training programs offered have workout splits incorporated for your convenience.  A workout split is how you want your workouts split over a given amount of days in one week, and how many days you are willing to workout in one weeks time.  Example : A three day split, would be three different workouts suited to your goals, spread out over three days in one weeks time.  This is a option that we allow you to choose, so we can customize it to fit your lifestyle and schedule, so you can see the results you want, on your own terms.
