NATTY NATION SUMMER SHRED 3.0
STARTING: 5.1.23
Starting May 2023, season 3 of the Ultimate Training Day, The Ruck and The Washboard will begin!
THE SUMMER SHRED EVENT is back better than ever with the NEW 3.0 version for a third summer in a row! It's time to drop the body fat and show off that muscle! All programing will be geared towards getting LEAN while maintaining strength and size!
A NEW 30 DAY PROGRAM will be uploaded the 1st week of each month! Every workout will target a different muscle group and will be broken down into a 5 day split. Use and repeat these workouts for 30 days trying to improve your progress each week.
EVERY MONTH new content will be added! All old workouts will be replaced with NEW routines keeping things fresh and your results on the up and up. This gives you time to master each exercise and get the most out of every workout you do.
