ULTIMATE TRAINING DAY SEASON 7
COMING: 8.1.20
Starting August 1st we will be switching up the programing for the Ultimate Training Day!
A NEW 30 DAY PROGRAM will be uploaded the 1st week of each month. Every workout will target a different muscle group and will be broken down into a 5 day split. Use and repeat these workouts for 30 days trying to improve your progress each week.
EVERY 30 DAYS A NEW VOLUME WILL START replacing all old workouts with NEW routines keeping things fresh and your results on the up and up! This gives you time to master each exercise and get the most out of every workout you do!
